This sprawling lakefront home in Landing, New Jersey was designed for a large family with four children and many grandchildren. It’s the family’s summer playground (and winter’s respite) and has all the accessories one would hope for including jet skis, boats, and surfboards, as well as a pool.
The sprawling 10,000 square feet home is located on the prestigious Daniels Lane in Sagaponack, NY and is the perfect summer getaway for this beautiful young family of four. The well-established couple hired us to transform a traditional Hamptons home into a contemporary weekend delight.
Manhattan forces designers and clients to be mindful about the use of space. This is an example of making a smaller space go a long way. We needed to fit two offices, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a den for TV watching, as well as two baths and a laundry room into just 1,350 square feet! New York City!
A newly built 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in New York City’s High Line area was in need of a refreshing design. As a second home for our clients, a newly retired couple, we wanted to make this space as relaxing as possible.

A cottage in The Hamptons dressed in classic black and white. The large open kitchen features an interesting combination of crisp whites, dark espressos, and black accents. We wanted to contrast traditional cottage design with a more modern aesthetic, including classic shaker cabinets, wood plank kitchen island, and an apron sink. Contemporary lighting, artwork, and open display shelves add a touch of current trends while optimizing the overall function.
